For Union Cosmetics, quality is both a philosophy and a mission involving every stage of a company’s life, from research into raw materials to the production of the finished cosmetic.

Bringing together all the aspects that contribute to achieving Union Cosmetics quality standards entails managing a complex Company Quality Management System that leads to customer satisfaction, respect for people and the environment, the forging of long-term relationships and partnerships, and recognised and certified cosmetics of the highest quality.

The quality of Union Cosmetics products is the result of strict compliance with national and European regulations on the choice of raw materials, monitoring of the production cycle from the arrival and transformation of the raw materials through to packaging, as well as the production and subsequent dermatological testing of the finished cosmetic.

The entire Union Cosmetics Quality Management System (QMS), complies with international standards UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 22716 (GMP), and manages, monitors and controls an efficient, safe and controlled production process, guaranteeing the quality and efficacy of the finished cosmetic and absolute respect for the product and service delivery times requested by clients.

INTEGRATED POLICY

UNION COSMETICS Srl is a flexible, efficient and reliable partner whose intentions and business strategies are aimed at ensuring:

Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;

2.
Participation by the entire company structure (Executive Manager, Supervisors, H&S Representative, Occupational H&S Management System Manager, Prevention and Protection Service Manager, workers, etc.), in accordance with each person’s responsibilities and skills, in order to achieve the shared safety objectives set by Management;

3.
The dissemination to all workers of information on company risks and the training of said workers with specific reference to the safety risks associated with their assigned task (whether newly employed, after a change of role or following regulatory updates), as well as environmental risks in relation to legislative compliance and the operational management of the defined environmental impacts;

4.
Consultation with workers, also through the H&S Representative in regard to the different aspects of occupational health and safety;

5.
Management of all activities, also with the aim of safeguarding the health and safety of workers, third parties and the community in which UNION COSMETICS srl operates, and to prevent accidents, all types of incidents, injuries and occupational illnesses thanks to the collaboration of all staff, who undertake to report any anomalies or shortcomings to the Manager or Supervisor or Occupational H&S Management System Manager or H&S Representative;

The availability of resources, also financial, necessary to achieve the predefined objectives;

The pursuit of continuous improvement of the level of occupational health and safety in the Company, annually reviewing the Policy, Objectives and implementation of the Occupational H&S Management System, with the active participation of the Supervisors, Prevention and Protection Service Manager, H&S Representative and for informative purposes, also the appointed physician.

The satisfaction of all envisaged Product Requirements (Mandatory, set by the Client, set by the Company) and continuous qualitative improvement of production activities, so as to maintain a prominent reputation in the market in terms of the Quality of the supplied product;

The continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, adopting a Risk Based Thinking and PDCA approach;

The pursuit of the opportunities identified in the analysis of the organisational context for the integrated management system;

The placing on the market of safe products according to current national and European laws;

The commitment to maintain and improve ISO 22716 (GMP) and IFS HPC standards in the production, control, storage and shipping of cosmetic products;

The revision at least every 3 years of the packaging of certified products, as provided for by the Cosmos standard;
